Our company open vacancy for candidates to be hired as Production Control Administration staff (permanent base).
PRODUCTION CONTROL ADMINISTRATION STAFF (PERMANENT BASE)
Scope of work of Production Control Administration staff:
- Controlling inventory data of electronics parts for production inquiry, parts distribution, and sub-con control
- Arranging the communication with inter-department
- Arranging the communication with sub-con partner or customer for delivery and production schedule including to discuss about the possibility change of production schedule or delivery.
- Compile the report to be shared with related colleagues and superior.
Requirements:
- Male (single or married) or Female (single).
- Fluent in daily English communication.
- Having good skill in operating the computer especially in Excel program and using e-mail for business communication.
- Preferred who have experience in an electronics manufacturing or trading company with working experience minimum 2 years on data control jobs in Production Control Administration or PPIC.
- Minimum education level D3.
- Ready to start to work immediately, and willing to work in Cikarang area.
