Responsibilities
Scope of works:
- Identify and evaluate the quality infrastructure and access to finance in Solusi Rumah Concrete Precast Manufacturer (CPM HIL). Based on the evaluation to propose solutions, new designs for innovative system for Solusi Rumah in order to meet end-consumers needs and to stay ahead in the competition.
- Plan Solusi Rumah system infrastructure and access to finance enhancements, improvements and/or developments necessary in order to create better process, product and customer experience of Solusi Rumah through the most efficient resources, mechanism and procedures.
- Monitor overall Solusi Rumah business and financing enhancements, improvement of business model and partnership with financial institutions to provide and realize full value proposition of Solusi Rumah to franchisee and to relevant target market.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree with background in economic or finance
- Preferably minimum 5 (five) years’ of experience working on financial or banking industry.
- Prior experience handling programe or finance services for small medium enterprise.
- Prior working experience on management project and involved on product development/marketing program will be an advantage
- Computer literate
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Be open to change and to considerable variety in the workplace
- Take on responsibilities ad challenges
- Have the ability to and make decision with minimum supervision
- Good communication skill
- Customer focus oriented
- Able to build and maintain collaborative working relationship to facilitate achievement of work goals
- Self-motivated to work independently but excellent ability to work in team
