Project Admin - Tangerang - PT Lippo Malls Indonesia
Responsibilities
- Assist the Construction Project Manager (CPM) on all of his functions
- Prepares minutes of meetings
- Maintains letters and files
- Monitors actual cost versus budget & reports to the CPM
- Consolidates all regular reports needed by CPM
Requirements
- Minimal Bachelor Degree in Administration
- Minimal 3 years experiences in related field
- Active in English (oral - written)
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize and have a strong administrative skills
- Initiative, intelligent, and resourceful
- Independent and a team player
- Experience in Property – Real Estate – Developer background is a must
- Will be located in Karawaci, Tangerang
