Factory Manager 

Responsibilities

Plan production activities, production meetings, machine maintaining schedules, worker schedules and budget maintenance schedules and quality control.

If there are any quality related issues, the factory mangers have to find out the reason and ensure that it is not repeated.

Collaborate and meet with other managers. Liaison with the Financial Management is of much significance.

Ensure that receiving and shipping schedules are followed accurately

See to it that the workers always abide by the safety rules associated with the industry.

Conduct Performance Appraisals of Employees

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Engineering (Others) or equivalent.

At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.

Background within the Plastic Industry is a plus point

Expert on ISO, GMP and HCCP system.
