Maintenance Planner
Papua
Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Planner is responsible for maintenance and minor construction projects for non-production facilities and camps, O&M and major repair in our Client facility. This position supports the Client by planning, estimating, scheduling and coordinating the resources required to perform preventive maintenance, modification and repair packages, inspections, maintenance projects, and small construction projects from inception through execution. This position may be responsible for:
Assisting supervisors and O&M personnel in planning, scheduling, coordinating, prioritizing, monitoring and completing work orders in Client’s maintenance software i.e. MAXIMO
Planning, coordinating, scheduling, and tracking maintenance activities to including but not limited to:
Working with the rest of the planning organization to incorporate all field and infrastructure maintenance activities.
Utilizing Maintenance Software information to develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators to help monitor, manage, and optimize work processes.
Requirements:
Willing and able to work in and live in a remote site in Papua.
Willing and able to work a 42 days on, 21 days.
Bachelor Degree majoring in Civil or Mechanical & Electrical.
Five years or more direct experience in heavy industrial maintenance, construction, facility engineering, or reliability engineering.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Projects, and Outlook.
Knowledge of maintenance software, such as MAXIMO, SAP, etc.
Demonstrable track record of achievement in innovation, teamwork and technical growth.
