A few key responsibilities for the role are to:

• Manage forecast of the brand.
• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and yearly business performance.
• Manage brand investment (spending for advertising & promotional activities and the forecast).
• Providing financial inputs into strategic decision making (e.g. pricing competitiveness, brand investment, project launch/relaunch, acquisition or disposal).
• Monitor and analyze market shares movement & trends.

An ideal candidate will possess:

• Legal authorization to work in Indonesia
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable university, GPA > 3.00
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience (preferred: Sales & Marketing Controller, Business/Finance/Commercial Analyst)
• Fluency in English
• Good computer skills (in Ms. Office, SAP is preferred)
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent communication & influencing skills

Responsibilities

• Plan, purchase, and schedule delivery of all packaging and raw materials. Revise these orders as necessary based on production schedules.
• Create delivery schedules based on packaging material releases. Distribute these schedules as well as revisions to the appropriate department supervisors and operators.
• Manage inventory control of raw materials. Organize monthly and yearly physical counts with the Accounting department. Analyze inventory variances and implement preventative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a management related field.
• 2+ years experience in high-speed manufacturing or packaging operations; regulated industry experience preferred.
• SAP; or related ERP system and Microsoft Office Applications
• Excellent Communication and Organization Skills.
