Warranty Supervisor  - PT Hino Motors Sales Indonesia

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all activity related to warranty
• Maintain database for receiving and answering warranty claim from dealer
• Control financial issues (payment) related to warranty activity
• Analyze and suggest improvement for warranty activity
• Communicate to supplier related to warranty matter
• Create monhtly report related to all warranty activity

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mechanical)
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing within automotive or commercial vehicle industry.
• Willing to travel throughout Indonesia.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
